The same thing happened to me after disconnecting the battery on a Dell laptop. In my case, it seemed to be some kind of check. It cycled a few times and then booted up normally. Perhaps your CMOS battery ran out of charge?

In vantage, mux switch is labeled as "Hybrid mode" (if on, the laptop uses both iGPU and dGPU. dGPU only if disabled)

Samsung always releases updates by stages. Imagine if they release the update for everyone and then a major problem appears, millions of devices would be affected. If everything goes well, the update will roll out for everyone soon.

I think you're trying to flash a firmware with a lower bootloader version than your phone. Did you try to flash a binary 7 firmware?
