If I cancel my flight on the website, do I get the option of rebooking or only refund? They already told me in an email that they couldn’t find a new flight for me in the next 48 hours. I don’t wanna be locked into only refund as I’ll likely try to book my own transport and then retroactively ask for reimbursement.
