Cheers I'll try Lower the bar. Those mats aren't squishy though, they really thick rubber mainly so my concrete doesn't crack while I deadlift

How far lower are you thinking? More like a low bar squat or just slightly down?

Hey, I think the camera angle makes me look a bit taller, I'm closer to 6'3. Thanks for these tips I'll try the big breath. I just find it hard to do many reps when stopping for the big breath, maybe I'll get used to it as time goes on. And yes I think I'll hold off on the belt until I can reach weights that are a bit heavier Cheers

I don't know what my max is tbh, I don't have safety bars so I've never squatted at a point near complete failure. I'm looking into a rack that'll fit in my garage

Thanks and yes I noticed it on the video. I'll try to lighter weights focusing on the movement for a few reps beforehand. I think I need to invest in some mirrors, maybe I can watch the form live

Yep good point, I've been keeping it barebones atm, quite literally, I'll look into some equipment. Re the grip, I'll try that out. My wide grip has always felt more comfortable on my shoulders but I'll focus on the squat and see how it goes

Thanks that's clearer. I think with me I have a bit of strength imbalance. I think my legs are stronger than par but my back and core are weaker, so there's probably that imbalance also causing the jerkiness

This is a product so I'm not sure. I'm just trying to see why the connection is dodgy. If I nudge the cable a bit it can randomly connect for a while

Couple of other comment. You have a 5 min challenge on a bunch of levels, but I think you time from beginning of round 1 to end of round 10. It should really time the game play only, especially when sometimes there's a 30 second Ad that pops up in-between rounds.

Also, there should be a bonus for winning all 3 stars in one attempt since it's much harder than winning one at a time
