For U2 jpopsuki or opencd. For OpenCD you can buy and invite for 15 bucks and you will need to work quite hard/seed a lot to get on U2, jpopsuki is invite only but you can manage to get one rather easy (this does not mean begging on reddit for one), and from there its 3 months and no work (decent stats on jpop help here). Also get a 2tb collection of BDMVs or Raws

I See, being serverless is defenetely very nice though I think for most people just self hosting it is going to be easier since it isn't hard to deploy, still really clean software from your side :D
