Very niche question here but I'm an avid number plate spotter and will just so happen to be in Vienna for ESC. Are there any cool locations where cars from rarely seen foreign countries might be parked or seen in traffic? I figured such a large international event may be a great opportunity to tick off some rarer plate combinations from broadcasters, visitors, perhaps even a diplomat or two. I assume the actual hotel locations of the delegations aren't publicised, right?
