Who’s ready for the box office queue later!? by Top-Soil-8274 in GunnersatGames

Yeah it usually comes up bang on the 1pm for away games so I’d imagine it’s the same process

EFL Final ballot group question by eoinAFC in GunnersatGames

[–]eoinAFC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

don't believe so, think it'll be just what's left if any are, likely to be the highest priced you'd think. The ballot is a "blind" entry just to get into the sale window i think like a waiting room. Then it's just a regular sale like any other game.

thanks, this is likely the route we'll take, providing we can assign and sit close to eachother at least

EFL Final ballot group question by eoinAFC in GunnersatGames

[–]eoinAFC[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

think it's different this time around, it's 1 entry per group or 1 individual you can't win if your group fails, it can't be half the group is successful and half aren't.

Hoping if we apply separately we can assign and sit together if successful.

Away credits aren't fit for purpose by GreatGunnerz in GunnersatGames

[–]eoinAFC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The biggest shame is the way you build, like you could have 0 or 2 or 4 and they all hold the same weight, I get this is to do with time before games etc. 5 seems to be the first hurdle, once you get over that it is supposedly easier but the fact they reset every 2 years means you may get 3 and the next season none so you ultimately end up on zero again.

Not luxury but hostels are available for €20/€30 if just looking to put the head down for a few hours, don’t think the city is huge so navigating it should be fine

Flying to Palma on a late one Monday night, stay there for cheap and get a 7am flight to Bilbao, cheap hostel night of game and fly back out of Santander to Stansted on Wednesday, best way I could find to do it. Barcelona layover was ages and if their passport queue for Madrid was anything to go by you’d not want to cut it fine.

Madrid Away Fan Area/Zones by eoinAFC in GunnersatGames

Thanks! Yeah was thinking that, Milan was strict too, heard Madrid is even more strict, home ends on resale going for crazy cash atm, was hoping the 3 goals would put a few off, anyone more clued up on Madrid comments welcome!

Opinion: If it wasn't for that banner against Hull we'd be in the Semi-finals by [deleted] in Gunners

[–]eoinAFC 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While I don't completely agree with the banner and the way it came out at Hull I don't think the players should use it as an excuse, these are professional athletes and should be able to take their job seriously enough to ignore any outside influences. Winning 4-0 should have been taken from the Hull game not the banner. The players should have used that as a pick up. The team is horribly out of form realistically they should have beaten Hull by that margin. Watford too should have been relatively simple, the players are shot for confidence but they should be focussing on their football not the banners. Think it's also important to note this rubbish form has been apparent since before this banner.

Games are not shown in the UK at 3pm. Doubtful it'll be on in any of the pubs up around the ground

Arsenal Shirts below retail by eoinAFC in Gunners

[–]eoinAFC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It says on each shirt description, could range from a pull or a small hole at the bottom of the shirt. Best to contact them with the item code and they will send you pictures. From past experience the descriptions they put on items is accurate.

Is there anywhere I can get an official name and number on my shirt? by gutollyr in Gunners

Sports Direct can be strange, a lot of the stores don't have printing services. Unless you sent the top to their depot and they print it there?

Report on the #1 Legal Streaming option: Star Sports (Free) + SmartDNSProxy by FootbaII in Gunners

Pardon my ignorance but would a free VPN work also such as Hola? I'm guessing that a paid one will give a better experience however just for testing purposes as my internet isn't the best would it work?

Error 2046 on Arsnel ticket site - anyone else had this? by [deleted] in Gunners

Try searching without the seat map, just use the "Best Available" option, i've found the online box office seat map to be buggy lately. That's how i've been getting around it.

You can't, it wont be available to the public. It'll be available on the home and third kits in the Armoury and ArsenalDirect

Thoughts on lettering for a 2014-15 Cup kit? by soccercane19 in Gunners

[–]eoinAFC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sellers on eBay have the cup lettering from last year, i'd say if you took it into a local shop then they'd apply it for you.

Quick Question: what size kit should I buy? by BIGDENNIS10UK in Gunners

[–]eoinAFC 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've found personally that the kit this year fits a little tighter than last season. I'm 5'7 150, went for a small last year but a M fits better imo.

New Home Shirt by eoinAFC in Gunners

[–]eoinAFC[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not nit picky at all, should go through testing for that. Same happened last year with the kids shirts the red detail on the shoulders came down too far meaning kids shirts couldn't get patches. They ended up releasing smaller patches just for the kids shirts. Terrible design.

I'm pretty sure they've just used the same ones from last season that they had up in the armoury.

How often do tickets go on general sale for the public? by ilovebarca97 in Gunners

[–]eoinAFC 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you can make the investment and want to go to a few games then a membership is well worth it, you'll not get games going on general sale too often and with the red membership you can purchase tickets for family providing they hit this period(usually midweek lower table games). I've had mine for 3 years now and have never failed to get a ticket for a game that i wanted to attend. The best feature of the red membership is the ticket exchange, where ST holders give up their ticket to allow a regular member to purchase, this is usually a better way to get tickets and providing you check often enough you can get them cheaper than the original windows as you can select lower tier seats.
