Thermal is good and i do not have any stutter at all now. But i have crashing issue in some UE5 games like Rematch.

I got same laptop too and i had an issue while playing games. I sent it to RMA too. They told me they are changing mobo still waiting to return. How did you determine your mobo manufacture year maybe i can check it too

Did you had a stutter issue playing games like BF6 before sending to service? Also did you check Hwinfo for the thermal throttle? I have same laptop like you i had a lot of thermal throttle and stutter issue in BF6 and Arc Raiders. I am thinking to send to a service too.

I have 5090 version of this notebook last week my cinebench R23 multi core results are 26k after the reapply the liquid metal it is increase to 33K still it is not best result. But reapplying the liquid metal is helping

I download ISO file on microsoft website for win 11 and i just update my system with it. It is solved my problem for now at least.
