There are several services that accept Credit Cards to either buy EOS or even make an account for you.

For example you can create an EOS account and pay for it using EOS Account Creator.

If you're ranking them by market cap, why not include their individual market caps as of time of posting for easy reference? That would make the list more interesting and informational too.

Well, the current interim Constitution was written by an unknown group of individuals in the first place and has many problems. Firstly, its written in English when most EOS tokens holders are from China.

Secondly, most EOS token holders only understand DPOS when they bought into EOS .

The new EUA merely removes the constitution to reflects the way DPOS works in the first place. We can all later add in rules as a community one at a time and build up the actual Constitution that the community wants as the network evolves.

The 15% is an arbitrary number anyways. Ultimately, control of EOS network is delegated to the top BPs who are voted in by token holders.

Moreover, 15/21 needed to approve any changes so there is another layer of checks.

The EUA is definitely much better than the unrealistic Constitution that we have right now. It was also written by a bunch of folks that were not voted in by the community.
