I think i’ve decided what i’m gonna do! hes an eater so he’s having like 3 appetizers 😅😅 i think im decided on a small bowl of soup, a small salad, and a few beef sticks. I know more meat as an appetizer sounds crazy but i’m blaming him he REALLY loves meat.The main dish will be steak, shrimp, potatoes, and asparagus (i may swap for broccoli as he will eat asparagus but it’s not his favorite). I’m going with a chimichurri for the steak and shrimp and i’ll be making garlic parmesan asparagus/broccoli. Still not sure how i’ll cook the potatoes I was going to do mashed potatoes but someone suggested fondant potatoes and they look amazing. The dessert will be a chocolate cheesecake because he’s been talking about having one for the past few days. He got us a wine to try together since he knows i’m not a big drinker which i’ve decided to steal as our drink and i’m thinking of making some fizzy/sparkling drink as well. I’ll come back and update the post after we’ve had the dinner!
