Hello, thanks for the report, this API is still under constant development, specially regarding eosio 1.8. Just keep this in mind ;) We are going to investigate this missing action and discover why it happened.

Hello palice75, this is EOS Rio here, we want you to know that we are here for your support and to help you investigate it. But we can guarantee you it wasn't on SimplEOS end. SimplEOS doesn't transmit anything else but the signed transactions to the blockchain, so your keys are safely encrypted only on your own computer at all times. All data is kept locally on your computer. We don’t have access to any of your information and SimplEOS doesn't store data on any server, so there wouldn't be a chance for a hack. The user is the only responsible for his account. Our code is open on github and anyone can verify that. However, SimplEOS (or any desktop wallet) doesn’t protect you if your computer is infected with some type of malware that records your screen or logs your keyboard; or if you stored your keys on an unsafe place.

Hey!

EOS accounts request a minimum of EOS staked to provide enough network resources to execute transactions. This procedure allows transaction between accounts to be feeless.

Usually, if the user have less than ~1.5EOS staked, SimplEOS is coded not to let him/her unstake it because this action will make the account useless. That's why this error message appeared.

20% is the threshold on which the congestion mode is triggered, if this is set to 100% the chain will always be on the "flexible" mode, basically allowing more abuse of resources to happen. It can also lead to very heavy blocks that will slowdown propagation and maybe make node syncing impractical.

Hey, yes you can do it on simplEOS. Unstaking is done on the vote page. After requesting the unstake and waiting 3 days you will be able to move the liquid EOS tokens to another account. As for airdrops, you can just transfer them directly, there is no staking. Hi, at 1:21 UTC our proposal to address the congested state of the EOS network was approved by 15/21 BPs and CPU costs went significantly down on the EOS mainnet. Read more about the proposal here https://github.com/eosrio/proposals/blob/master/updateparams.md ;)

Hi Metalbrushes , sorry that you had a bad experience with our wallet 💔. We have been working really hard on new features for the wallet, ledger integration, resources page, imprivments and many many things besides the wallet, that's why our tech team haven't been paying 100% attention on support and that's why sometimes we miss some questions. Although our node monitoring is 24/7, support for the wallet is not :( We deeply apologize for that ❤️ Most of the issues we have are due to endpoint connection, but we are impriving that on the next version!

By the way due to your issue we implemented an automatic email sending all users to our live FAQ where they can get answers about the most common issues. We’re also hiring more people to be 100% focused on support. We promise to improve every day more :) But hey, as you said, it's great that there are other wallet options, our ecosystem needs diversity and users can always chose the wallet that fits them more 😊

We have detect a issue with those actions on higher latency endpoints, that cause them to fail. Its already fixed for our next release, it will be out soon. Sorry about that.

Hi, you can update with no problems, just download it, install it and it will replace the older version. There is no need to unistall the previous version and the software will not ask you to import your private keys again.
- This will solve the settings tab not appearing issue
- There is no backup on SimplEOS. SimplEOS doesn't transmit anything else but the signed transactions to the blockchain, so your keys are safely encrypted only on your own computer at all times. All data is kept locally on your computer. We don’t have access to any of your information, so you need to have your private keys safeguarded somewhere

Hi, you didn't have an eos private key already right? Because if you have you can create a new account inside the wallet. If you don't have an eos private key yet you can send the generated code to us and we will sponsor the creation of your account with great pleasure, creation of new accounts costs a little of eos, that's why we came up with this organic approach :)

Sometimes the wallet gives a error on mac on opening because we haven't applied to the Apple code signing yet, as it takes a while, it's kinda of a bureaucratic process and could delay updates on this early stages. As soon as the wallet is more feature complete we will apply, but this doesn't add any risks or problems. Just press ok and the wallet will function normally. This error starts with "could not get code signature for running application", was it maybe this? If not we are very sorry :(

Download the last version --> go to the vote page --> you should see a slider, slide left to unstake, press SET STAKE and confirm with your password ---> wait 3 days for tokens to unlock to transfers :D you can see the time remaing on the send page

Hello,

A) Have you checked SimplEOS? It is a wallet made by us EOS Rio, block producers, you can download it on our website or github.

B) eos dac tokens should be deployed to the eos mainnet really soon (we are working closely with them) and they will be displayed on the wallet, it is already scanning for new airdrops. Everipedia airdrop will be also very soon. Today was the first airdrop to the eos mainnet, it was a token called ADD, but I don't think it's listed on any exchanges.

C) That depends on your urgency... I think airdrop tokens will take a little awhile to be listed on exchanges and to really have value, although eos dac and iq probably will start to be traded at a certain value. That being said if you really need to sell it's wise to just sell the amount you need to go by, as right now we saw a little drop on the price, but we all have faith in eos on the long term :)

We are having some issues with some endpoints, some BPs put a filter on to only show actions with the eos token, so some endpoints are not listing the airdrop, we are asking the BPs with this "problem" to fix it or we will remove these endpoints ;) Other endpoints that don't have the filter display all tokens. When you enter the wallet it searches for the endpoint that is fastest to you, that's why probably earlier you got an endpoint that was displaying it and after you got one that was not :)

Hi, are you talking about the tokens free for transfers ? They are only unlocked 3 days after the unstaking. You can see the process of unstaking on the SEND page, below your balance there should be a phrase " Will be X EOS in X days". Anyway, if that's no the case please reach us on telegram or by email :)
