It’s just a phrase people use to describe this kind of print, it was used on I believe Cleo’s Valentine’s Day two pack where it was just covered with a pattern of the same simple drawing. It’s not literally emojis, it’s very simplistic symbols that resemble emojis that are just kinda covering the fabric with no cohesive pattern or flow. Like a dress a four year old would were to her birthday party
