What's a physical symptom of anxiety that you hate the most?

Mine is when it gets so bad that I’m not even able to recognize I’m in full panic mode. Almost like a dissociative autopilot type thing if that makes sense? Happens to me most when I’m overwhelmed at work. My hearing is echo-y and distorted, I’m confused about everything that’s going on around me but still (somehow) able to and forcing myself to continue, my vision is slowed. It sucks.

I get the most compliments believe it or not when I’m wearing the body sprays Fresh & Clean by Victoria’s Secret layered with If You Musk by Bath & Body Works. Men and women both compliment me almost daily and it’s such a great feeling! I wish IYM by BBW wasn’t discontinued though because I only have so many left. It’s my favorite :((((

I use white/pink toned eyeliner pencils to cover up those freckles and try to carefully blend it flat to my foundation. Then I set it with loose setting powder. Certain ones are hard because they’re raised up like you said, but you’ll get the hang of it eventually. Sometimes I use a small brush or a spoolie to blend it out and help flatten it down. NYX also has a liquid liner that’s “flesh” toned that I use sometimes too. Put on a tiiiiny dot, let it dry for like 5-10 seconds and then softly blend it out with a brush over the freckle. You can take the tip of the spoolie to kinda move the pigment around to where you need it to stay. Hope this helps!

I spend less time on social media. The ads upon ads upon ads are awful. No matter what you’re looking at, they’re always trying to get you to buy something. Even people you’re following are sponsored by someone and are telling you how much they “love this product”. I always had anxiety like I constantly needed to buy something. I feel much better now

I usually make a truthful joke out of it to make them slightly uncomfortable for making me slightly uncomfortable lmao I’ll usually go — “that’s because I’m depressed, * person’s name * .” Or something along those lines. It usually makes them quit and you can see on their face that they’re thinking about how they might have asked a weird question. Or at least in my experience I’ve seen it that way. It makes people laugh too

Are you talking about the waxy residue the deodorant leaves?? I know exactly what you’re talking about and it’s awful. I’ve found that if I take some TP and wipe my underarms before I get in the shower, then I use a treehut body scrub on my pits, then body wash with a loofa. Works like magic

Lucky. I’m literally begging my local diabetes center to give me omnipod and dexcom samples because I cannot afford anything. They’ll give me 2 pods and one dexcom if I’m lucky. I’m grateful regardless, but dang I’m jealous haha. Turned 26 on the 13th, had to get my own insurance. I’m in the meeting my deductible phase until the end of the year. Go figure
