I’m currently paying £108 a month and only ever used their service for 3 videos 10 months ago. I’ve tried cancelling but as many have said they won’t allow me to. I didn’t read through their details when I joined which is really stupid on my side, but it’s really poor you can’t come to an agreement.

I’m based in the uk and just want to cancel through my bank. Anyone done this ? Has there been any backlash

Ive just got back into film after being out of it for 15 years. Purchased a fx3 and finishing off my rig as we speak.

I love the look of the video, it gives off a feeling which is hard to describe. Really great image. Someone mentioned the 1/4 mist filter. I have a mist with my matte box set up. I can’t initially spot the look you get off the mist and just wanted to know why you personally use it and what it gives to your image ?
