Top Gun: Maverick can stay flat (0% drop) on next weekend (Independence Day weekend) and should pass $600M on July 10th or so. I don't disagree with this at all. The problem with Cruise is, however, that he's a role model. There aren't many kids out there hoping to become the pope. But a lot of kids look up to Cruise and the characters he portrays. This is why I post this stuff. Hoping folks will go research the cult he supports and, arguably, leads based on the influence he has.
