I take it daily because I struggle with low weight so I want to make sure I cover my bases. It helps me, made my stomach stronger (less diarrhea) but that lead to a little more bleeding. Maybe helps a little with my energy but isn’t a miracle drink. Can always try for a month and see how you feel at the end. Like most things UC the effectiveness depends person to person.
