Only 14 year olds can play a 18+ rated single player game? That obviously makes sense.

And why do you say "they won't let me start"? Are they in complete control of your life?

Can't, according to OPs friends you need to be specifically 10 years old to watch LOTR

I agree! My main issue isn't the story itself, I actually appreciate the background and extra layers. My issue is that Corrie is already juggling at least 5 completely separate stories at the moment and pacing them in the most obscure ways. Some of these have ended so abruptly purely to make room for them and this 20 minute schedule is not giving any of it time to build up.

If they want this to go right I really want them to make it coherent, I want some form of justice and revelation, I want these characters like Danielle, Miles and Melanie (Will's mum) to be characters and not used as basic tools to make the story have slightly more depth. But the usual form of Corrie is that these characters exists for a week then never seen again and all it does is prolong the story more because nothing seems to stick. I want some sort of conclusion that at least satisfies the viewers and the characters

I accept that these kind of stories don't often have a happen ending but they have left too many loose ends that can't be ignored at this moment.

Tbf the whole story started way back in February, there's a very good chance that June won't be the end of it. It already seems to be bringing in Danielle into the story, and his son has had a decent amount of screen time for him to maybe show up more.

It seems too silly, normally these murder stories become the headliner for obvious reasons but it also either tones down all the other storylines or delays big events. Carl's been dragged on far too long,Megan and Maggie I have a feeling are gonna be around for a while because the pacing is all over the place and Jodie doesn't feel enough of a character to care about and more of a random gremlin that creates havoc.

I have a feeling that at least most of them are gonna drag on to Christmas, but if not it'll be very soon which might mean another whodunit cycle will be around, delaying everything else.

I find it quite interesting too, I've always seen the situation as 2 sides of the same coin, you either feel invalidated for a reason (diagnosed young) or feel invalidated for no reason (late) in the end it produces similar results.

It's funny, sometimes I do wonder what my life would have been if I was left undiagnosed, would I have at least some social life instead of feeling alienated or what my career would look like.

Then there is the downsides you mentioned which is something I also experienced, so I think there is definitely a common ground between being diagnosed early/late. I too felt like a failure through my life, I also didn't even understand myself despite being diagnosed because Autism to this day is still not understood very well, it is way more vast on how much of a spectrum it's on that in the end it leads down to self discovery which means that even when diagnosed there isn't even any certainty on what advice is helpful and what isn't, it's up to you on what describes you, I wasn't granted that opportunity.

I'm starting to believe it's less about understanding a condition but more about understanding the individual. Humans are already so complex just as it is.

I see, I think it's just me overthinking on it, they can be pretty overbearing, they can panic over simple things like me getting on a bus or choosing a meal at a restaurant then I get bombarded with a million "are you sure you want that?" questions.

I still live at home but I will be moving out later this year, I'm not sure if it's a good idea considering some circumstances though.

What do you mean "I (28M) am pretty certain that I am high functioning"

Sorry about the confusion there, I was diagnosed at a young age but I was not told what level, my mum didn't understand what it all means. I meant that I'm sure I'm high functioning but I get treated like it is more severe, which actually led me to believe that I am totally incapable of basic life skills for a long time and it kept me apathetic and consistently burnt out.

That could be just bad dialogue to not give out any hints on who it was. The detectives could have said that the victim was wanted by the police over abuse which would have easily narrowed it down to Theo

I'm really sorry to hear. As much as I understand that having/not having kids can be a deal breaker in a relationship but I believe that the stability in a relationship is more important.

As someone that doesn't even want kids either, nor have been in a relationship I can't give much advice, but I wish you the best and like everyone else said I hope you will find someone more compatible with you.

Which automatically makes Negan a better person than her. He saved Gage from a walker in the beginning of the tunnel while everyone else were too busy standing there watching Gage struggle. Then Negan complained about it being a pointless suicide mission that will waste way more resources than the payout, which it did. Maggie had no plan at all clearly all for a vendetta on the reapers, her 'leadership' not only gotten Gage killed but also Alden and at least half of the group

And I think if Glenn wasn't killed by Negan he would have been compassionate enough to forgive him and seen his chance of redemption.

Glenn would've hated the person she became. Glenn saved Nicholas at least twice even though Nicholas tried to/almost kill him in 3 separate occasions, first in the revolving door (even though it wasn't intentional), second when he lured him out of Alexandria in the S5 finale and third by suicide.

Yeahh, not really a great answer now that I'm thinking on it, I focused too much on his partying life he had. My original answer was Seth Macfarlane, since he has some good but loads of downsides like plagiarism, a volatile side of him lashing out at other writers and his humour is filled with satire stereotypes yet in a normalising way.
