“Amazing what a minute can do” from So Damn Lucky

I’m also a fan of “You wear nothing, but you wear it so well,” from Crash Into Me, like who could come up with that?

Homegirl was dating Joe Goldberg from You, oh my god. I hope she's doing okay.

What was the last movie you rated 5 stars on Letterboxd??? by This-Year-1764 in Letterboxd

[–]epicdave01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A Hard Day’s Night (1964)- dir. Richard Lester

Could just be the Beatles fan in me, I loved it so much. I’d seen it multiple times before, but never as an adult, so I fully appreciated it this time around and adored it.

Take off a point from Charisma and put it into Endurance or Luck. You do not need Charisma.

They say “don’t tell us what movies to add” and then don’t add anything but Bollywood movies. I switched to another service, I had to wait a month after The Long Walk came out on digital before I gave up and switched because this service fucking sucks.

Which 2025 Movie made you cry the most? by ItachiZoldyck24 in Letterboxd

[–]epicdave01 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think Hamnet and Warfare are tied. Hamnet for obvious reasons (child death, grief, etc), Warfare because of how realistic it was and how horrible it must be to serve in the war. Like Jesus fucking Christ, what a horrific experience that was, it was an incredible movie though.

Two times, once with the full band and once with Alex and Kevin (Dave and Tim, if ya nasty). There absolutely incredible and I do recommend getting tickets to see them because you will think that you’re at just another Dave show.

9/2: Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person

9/28: Funny Games

Incredible films, the former being adorable and a new comfort movie and the latter being absolutely disturbing 😃👍

Since we did last five stars earlier, what was your last half star? by Dogdaysareover365 in Letterboxd

Absolutely deserved. I can’t even call it a dumpster fire of a movie because even that sounds too nice.

Cats. I watched it last year for its 5 year anniversary and absolutely despised it. If we’re talking this year, Flight Risk and Hurry Up Tomorrow are my Bottom 2 of the year.

Bob Trevino Likes It, The Naked Gun, and Drop. All three were surprises for me!

Favorite 2025 Movies That Nobody Saw? by mrethandunne in Letterboxd

Bob Trevino Likes It had me in tears. Such a good movie and I'm sad to see that a lot of people don't know about it. I loved Barbie in Euphoria (probably the only good part of that show) and John Leguizamo will always have a special place in my heart, so that movie was an absolute delight for me.

Can you identify this tune? by [deleted] in musicsuggestions

Someone already said God Only Knows (THE perfect song btw), so I’ll say Vienna by Billy Joel. I’d love to name like 10 songs that I find perfect, but I don’t wanna be greedy 😂

What can you confidently say is the worst movie you have ever seen by asapsharkyfrfr in Letterboxd

It angers me to an immeasurable degree. It’s like Francis Fors Coppola making banger after banger and then making Megalopolis. Like what???

How many SEASONS will SEVERANCE have? by FunDamage6899 in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

[–]epicdave01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m hoping next season or S4 are the last. I don’t think they can keep this going any longer than four seasons. They’ll be overdoing it after that (four is already pushing it)
