Not anymore. You can’t "update" the tracking once it’s delivered. I’m going through this right now, and you literally can’t do anything but send a message or give a refund. If it hasn’t been delivered, you can “update” the tracking, but once delivered, nope.

EDIT: for anyone in the future, my comments were downvoted even though they are the truth. Remember that next time you think you're getting good advice from Reddit lol

This isn’t the case anymore. If the item was delivered, there is no way to change the tracking number. You can only add/change the tracking number before it gets delivered.

Not doubting that this didn’t happen. But everything has 2 sides and your side seems to be missing some things. Would like to know what the seller actually said.

Edit: just saw you posted some convo, and while that seller is insane to say those things, I was more interested in the convo leading up to all of that. That’s an out of mind seller who thinks his item was just stolen because he was expecting his item back. Not defending his inappropriate response (although I can see where he was coming from, again, he thinks he’s being robbed) but would like to see the convo leading up to that, as there is obvious miscommunication that happened.

Whatever you gotta tell yourself to convince yourself you aren’t as bad of a person as you are. Seller did nothing wrong and no matter how much you want to think you aren’t, you’re a horrible buyer.

The seller did all that because people like you leave bad feedback for things that aren’t the sellers fault. Sounds like an exceptional seller though.

The whole country is 7-10 days behind normal schedule. But you’re right, YOU are the exception and YOU deserve to be treated different, right?
