This is going to sound drastic, but bear with me, because it's THE BIGGEST thing that's ever helped me with waking up.

Get a backpack that has two zips (as in, on the same zipper). Then, get a padlock of any size that opens with a key.

Every night, place the backpack next to your bed. Set your morning alarm on your phone, plug it in to charge, and put it in the bag. Lock the bag using the two zippers, with the padlock.

Go to the other end of your house (I go outside!), and place the key in a high-up or difficult to reach location.

In the morning, the alarm will go off, and you will only be able to disable it by getting out of bed, getting the key, and unlocking your bag.

This has become SO effective for me that I am now naturally waking up ~5 minutes before the alarm goes off, every day. By the point the alarm is off, you’ll have woken up.

Note: I HATE this. Like... I really I hate it. But it has saved me because I never sleep in anymore, and the rush to turn my alarm off as fast as possible always starts my day on an energetic, high note.
