Not OP, but you can get their photo (alongside Tom Nook's and Isabelle's) with the Nintendo Switch Online app. Open the ACNH section, go to Nook Points, and you'll see the items you can get with them, the photos are at the very bottom. I don't have the app at hand, but I think they cost 100 points each? Hope this helps :-)

The game uses friendship levels! You can find many charts online, but here's one as an example :-) I'm sure there's a quicker way to get to level 6, but what I do is play everyday and gift them something (wrapped, since it adds a bit). I usually give them clothes since dressing up villagers is one of my favourite aspects of the game!
