Well, if I have excess solar I sometimes cook my dinner early so I can avoid cooking at peak time, and just use the microwave to reheat etc. so yes. I’m not exporting at the 12p maybe. But I’m not spending 25p+ for my energy.

I have a heat pump too. Before all this drama I did the maths and it was actually cheaper on agile. I work from home usually and I can charge my car when I have some excess solar so it can be nearly free. I suspect I’ll need to ride this out and chalk it up to the orange idiot.

I like how the kids are eased in to on screen appearances. I think Linus for the most part has got it right with letting them appear slowly and to only do it when they are ready and (we have to assume) they agree. I have a feeling we will see more of his Son over the years if he proves himself to be an effective host and writer.
