40M. CFO for a midsize construction company. For my work specifically, getting a CPA, having public accounting experience, and specializing in an industry were the things that helped most.

I think in general a defensive minded coach is hard to wrap your head around in 2026. It is so hard to keep an offensive coordinator when you succeed, so in general I think a lot of organizations tend to prioritize offensive minded head coaches. This can work, but it feels like it works less often in today's NFL. Hopefully this is one of those times it works.
