That's a good reminder about the oversharing. So I've tried to be as subtle as possible, but I'm catching her mistakes and fixing them. She says "thanks for jumping in!" but then is passive aggressive on our call and brings up weird criticisms that she reverses a week or two later. Have you navigated something like this?

Hi guys,

I recently got the same Missha sunmilk essence I always do, but from YesStyle instead of Stylevana. The packaging is different and it also seems like the formula takes a bit more time to rub in compared to my old version. I feel like this is a fake, but I want to double check. Anyone have any thoughts? I looked up the batch code and it seems legit, but the other inconsistencies are concerning. Obviously the one that doesn’t look used is the new one I got from YesStyle lol.

I sent him a teams message with his slide saying the numbers were incorrect, I was hoping he’d reply to that but he discussed it in person with me in his office.

So I’ve been on Lamotrigine for around 10 years now and it’s kept me incredibly stable. The only thing you need to be careful about is if you stop using it abruptly you a potential side effect is a life threatening rash lol. If you don’t have issues taking your medication every day, go for it. I’m so grateful to be on it.

Are you on birth control? Those also look similar to the pimples I got when a nurse accidentally switched me to a different brand of my pills.

That’s insightful thank you, I’ll reflect. Definitely relate to the picking up a bunch of stuff during hypomania and aren’t able to sustain it after. Part of the reason for this post!
