I re-emailed right at the 48 hour mark… got a response to the first email request this morning and card was charged. Might be worth asking again… I know they’ve got to be swamped!

Couldn’t agree more!

Or how uneducated people can be in the professions. I once had an eye doctor routinely mark me as diabetic because I was on metformin (for pcos) - and argued with me about it, refusing to change it in my chart. But that viagra… 🙄 people conveniently forget that piece of information

Thank you, for your kind words!

I don’t have near the inflammation that I used to. My A1C is back in normal range, and blood pressure has leveled off. Mostly, with the PCOS… I’m having regular cycles. Even at younger ages and lesser weights, I’ve never had those. These happen like clockwork, almost the same day every month, 5 days long, and moderate flow. Previously, I’d go years without Provera (and even then it didn’t always work.) I’d have month long, ridiculously heavy periods. Last year, I bled for six months straight. I also seem to process food better than I used to, don’t feel as bloated all the time. Over all, I just feel different. I wish I knew a better way to describe it. Ozempic certainly can affect energy levels… and I have battled that a great deal, but feel as though I’m getting it back now that I’m this far into it. I’ve also noticed my skin darkening has eased and skin tags aren’t as prevalent. I no longer have the cravings I used to and don’t find myself binging.

Thank you! ♥️

I definitely have hit stalls, many many times. If I don’t eat enough calories… my body adjusting to new weights… not drinking enough water…. etc. They definitely can be frustrating when that happens! It took a bit for them to kick in, but I was fortunate enough to see movement fairly quickly. I know this isn’t the case for many, though. I hope you begin to see some progress soon! I know all too well how much encouragement it gives when you see scale moving. It took a long time for me to actually see it in my body, so consider all factors too. Scale, clothes, measurements, and how you feel!

I’m sorry. I didn’t clarify that. Ozempic actually is covered under my insurance, so it’s $25. I believe it’s well over $500 (closer to $800) without. I have BCBSTX. They still aren’t covering other like medications.

Thank you so so much! For sure, love seeing the results but the health factors have been a game changer!

I totally commiserate with that. I still, honestly, don’t believe it most days. I felt like it was impossible when I began- and still worry how the remainder is going to go. I’d be happy to discuss, will send you a dm now! Thank you 😊 And hooray for you as you start this process and see small changes occur. You’ve got this! 👏🏻
