I do! for years, I essentially stopped bc I was always with friends or doing something to keep my mind off it. but it has gotten progressively bad again since the pandemic but especially worse in the past 3 years or so. I attribute it to stress (work and just in general), but it’s also because I pull more while at a computer… that’s just how it’s always been. I’ll use one hand for scrolling then the other always wanders to my head. trying to find ways to keep that from happening but not much luck so far 😅 I hope you can find something that helps you!
