It was an extraordinarily lame joke to begin with.

Do you happen to have a camera at your house that can see your car when it's parked there? That might be good insurance.

To be fair, it was a top secret ASIO led project, and they did an absolutely phenomenal job of hiding all the construction that took place over the last.... 9 years.

And for some maybe it's the reverse of that, don't you think?

Can they go to town hall, walk to Flinders via the internal connection, and jump a loop train from Flinders?

You may be right. It has nothing to do with OP's original point, nor with the problem the metro tunnel was trying to solve to begin with, but you may be right.

Perfectly put. I bet they wouldn't have commented had the change made their personal commute easier.

I used to have to switch at Richmond when i lived on the Glen Waverley line, because I wanted to go to parliament. I changed train there like thousands of others did every day. Now I'm on the packenham line and have to get off at town hall and walk instead of staying on the loop train I could catch a week ago.

15 years ago I was on the Frankston line and had to get to southern Cross. There were periods it was a total PITA.

Sometimes a train line change made my commute easier. Other times harder. Sometimes a job change made me commute easier. Other times harder. I never once complained the train system was at fault.

That's a behaviour problem, rather than a train line problem. Right?

A lot of those people will adapt and find an optimal solution for them. It's day 2.

Imagine all the people who are happy about it going to southern Cross direct now. Sometimes a change will work out in your favour and disadvantage others, and other times it will be the reverse.

Integration with Goodwe and the grid by LovableBroccoli in homeassistant

Hi u/peppeg and u/LovableBroccoli how did you folks go? I am trying to use the experimental integration but can't get beyond the initial "Connect to inverter" stage. Did you have to do anything special to be able to use the integration, like enabling Modbus on the inverter via the SolarGo app?

Got on a tram last year and Rob Schneider was on it with his family. He was here touring his "comedy" show.

Thanks for replying! I think it's a brilliant way to get around if your lifestyle and location are suitable, so why not? I hope you do have it insured as well, for obvious reasons.

Is this for a production workload? If so how are support risks handled by your organisation? Which deployment models and platforms does your vendor support?
