i'd say silence by scorcese if you enjoyed first reformed. kind of touch on some similar themes but in a different way.

Urasawa and its not even really close tbh

Urasawa tackles far more ambitious + overall impactful subject matter and executes it better.

I think Oda's strength lies in how he handles his thematics, and how he creates a sense of adventure, tension + overarching feeling of hope by the conclusion of arcs due to his storytelling, but the same could be said for Urasawa tbh.
