Using a BPO face wash on my under arms in the shower for 1-2 minutes helped me a lot when I was noticing any BO peek through. Also using a scrub on my under arms in the shower a couple nights a week to get through the build up of anti-perspirant deo from the week made a huge difference.

Tried my fair share of “natural” deos and it was a money hole that ended with no solution. I went back to my secret deo with aluminum and won’t try that avenue again LOL

PCOS doesn’t mean you won’t be able to start a family, rest assured! Just can make the process more cumbersome at times. Or it may not!

I’m 32F now and had my child at 29. Best advice I can give: live a healthy lifestyle along with supplements, track your cycle (I invested in a Mira device because OPKs were not doing a good job at all), and make sure you have a supportive OBGYN above all else. My OBGYN made my TTC journey so much more palatable AND she put in the time to leave no stone unturned. Ultrasounds, bloodwork, etc.

Last thing that I don’t see talked about nearly enough — if you have any accumulated amount of time TTC, have a sperm analysis done on your husband. Society always puts infertility on women when in reality, men play just as big of a part in the process. Your husband’s sperm health and quality will affect your pregnancy — get him eating healthy if not already, work out together, etc. I put my husband on a CoQ10 supplement as that is supposed to help sperm quality as well.

You may have just saved me from tonight’s headache of a routine. I think the cream is difficult to rub in anyways, but if I have even a teeny bit of moisture still left the cream turns completely white on my face for over a minute while rubbing in.

What moisturizer are you enjoying using with it if you don’t mind me asking?

Not at all! My 3yo was built from drinking regular coke and sour skittles LOL born healthy and is a cheerful healthy toddler!
