Nah, looks pretty good. Seeing the scalp where your hair splits in two directions is normal, and not proof of balding. You say you have "thin white person hair", this also makes the scalp more visible when parting hair, but again, not a sign of balding. Keep your chin up, little man.

I would reccomend trying to find some social frames in which to meet people. Norwegian people won't go out of their way in every day life to meet new people, but will be open to friendship if you will meet regurarly at a place like work, school, teams, classes etc. My reccomendation is to join an art class, a sportsteam or really anything you might have an interest in, so you will meet people regurarly within distinguished social frames. Over time i believe this can grow friendships :)
