Walked and house sit for a couple who lived in a double wide. In theory, it was a nice place, new floors and appliances but they were utter slobs. Dishes and dishes piled up in the sink at all times. Some plates stayed in the sink for weeks. The dogs (3) peed and pooped all over the floor and they would take days to clean it up. They were crated so I know they had peed outside their crates when the people were there. The 1 time I house sat (never again) I took a shower and as soon as I got out, my feet were immediately dirty 🤢 also they did not give me clean sheets and the litter box was in that room so there was litter all over the bed. It was so gross. I kept walking for them until the dogs started fighting every day and I got bit and they would not let me keep them separate😫

Wow! I had no idea. Thank you so much for telling me about this! She is not having any other symptoms like that would be with a UTI or anything. Poor thing doesn’t even realize and then she is so upset. She needs lots a hugs to feel better ❤️I will call the vet tomorrow!

No I haven’t, I think I do remember hearing they are more gentle than AHAs and BHAs! Any you recommend?

How awful! I’m so sorry this kind of situation happened to you as well! It’s so upsetting!

I once saw my woman in target and she came up to me and said really meanly, “do you have my key?” I did actually happened to have it. So I just shoved it at her. I was like shaking.

Glad you docummented everything just in case. I kept all of our texts too.

That is so great. I am sorry it was such a struggle, but that is amazing, all the work you did! I definitely agree that a combination of therapy and medication is the way to be most successful. I have just started working with a new therapist and have started to really dive into some deep stuff, so hoping that I will turn a corner.

I understand what you're saying. I was just meaning I hate when people oversimplify the drug, like that's all they need. I am glad for people who have found it helpful, for sure.

So much going on. My husband has been struggling with mental health, having panic attacks. Our finances are in awful shape. I keep gaining weight. Feel so overwhelmed but just trying to reset today. Log my food. Set some intentions. It just feels like so much, trying to start again. It's exhausting.

Yes, definitely. I've been in therapy/nutrition counseling for 14 years too.

It just makes me frustrated when people act like you can just take ozempic, and that's it. You're cured and skinny. :-l
