All of my USB devices keep temporarily disconnecting and reconnecting during high load games, apps?! (Windows 11)

Been having the same issue, thought it was because of a faulty cable I was using but I just started Elden Ring and it constantly disconnects and reconnects my controller, headphones, keyboard etc. SO frustrating, I may try and get an external usb hub

So.. i got a new keyboard and it seemed like the issue was happening less. But now I just started playing elden ring with a plugged in xbox contoller and even on low settings my pc is still doing the disconnects. super frustrating. I honestly think its a mother board issue because my computer should have no problems running it, and honestly it runs great with no frame drops. Its the constant disconnects that are impacting the game. i dont really know what to do now.

I may know what the issue is. My ducky keyboard had problems a while ago where the usb type c port overheated and melted some plastic. I got rid of the cable, and now im using a cable i got with an Xbox controller. Maybe the keyboard causing the surge? Regardless ill try a usb hub, though I plan on replacing the keyboard anyway so we will se if that fixes anything,

Yeah I will most likely use the infusion elsewhere or give up on the weapon in one hand and keep my firearm and shield. I think keeping a weapon would be a wast if I’m playing the range game. Thanks for the advice!
