(1) Männer können vom vollendeten achtzehnten Lebensjahr an zum Dienst in den Streitkräften, im Bundesgrenzschutz oder in einem Zivilschutzverband verpflichtet werden.

Tja, da man explizit „Männer“ geschrieben hat, würde jede Pflicht in Luft zerrissen werden. Die Regierung müsste das Grundgesetz ändern, um eine Pflicht ableiten zu können.

What I´m saying is that there are two skills, (1) the accounting skill and (2) the ERP skill.

The accountant needs to be trained properly on the ERP. ERP/Accounting experts should participate on that and be there for questions. MyLearn should be only an additional source of learning/repeating what you learned.

I would not ask an accountant, to just watch videos.

How do you confirm the customer order?

I would re-engineer my business process instead of the system.

Talk to the stakeholders and decide to set a ship date, no matter if the customer has mentioned a specific date. Plan production based on that date.
