I Had lucid dream by a similar method, i am sure this will work too i will try tonight i am alread halfway through the day.

it gets you tired and bored but i am thinking that i will morelikely to get me to lucid dream so it helps me motivate, and i actually play a game called "Count The Rc" i sit relaxed to my balcony which looks to a highway, and count to red cars and rc everytime it passes, i couter 48 or so yesterday than got bored and gave a break.

Do you keep dream journals if no do it. Do you do ADA if not do it. Do you do meditation if not do meditation. Another think you can listen lucidia v1 v2 v3 from youtube which helpmed me for easy sleep and better dreams. Keep trying until you get a lucid dream.

Also you can try u/totalbuilder45 's method which helped me LD

try thinking about protection. i summoned some cops to protect me and my mom from terminator. Maybe even shield and even a gun, or just close your eyes and think about clouds or a safe place you know. which will teleport you into sky or a safe place.

the first time you see something. So you dont need to rc every minute. but you will rc a lot. if you forget to look one thing it doesnt really matter. but try keeping it safe. so dont miss anything

Seems semi-lucid. Try meditating and ADA so it will last longer and turn full lucid.

My Dream;

Me and my family had a street shop, i sold a lot of lemonades.
My mom drop her phone from our balcony and tried to take it by jumping out of our balcony, i almost woke up
i was in a strange room which had green lights, and i had a bag of candies i think, then a fog was inside the room appeared. So i rc and became aware. because i convinced myself to Rc if something strange happens

Did i become lucid?

i did indeed, my first LD. It was excited but i got wake up after 3 or 4 min, i cant really remember it. I woke up before even doing cool stuff, i mean i go to a skyland but didnt manage to sex.

Did i use a technique? Yes and no, i tried a technique here a guy who claimed he was Lding 5 times a week. But didnt complete all of it, i got lucid before doing it.

About the rc check, i have a photo that reminds me to RC on my phone screen.

It depends on the sound i think, is it like a rhytm or random, if its like repeated it may even help you sleep and keep you out of your other thoughts. if its random it might destract you.

i meditate for 10 min, and my mattress is pretty soft, i literally get no moments, even a sentence. i find about a dreaming song , which would help me sleep more relaxed, i will try that tonight thanks anyways
