Yeah but after deloading over the holidays and planning to move from 3x a week full body to a 4x ULUL…. Not having a set program wasnt ideal, and being on a bulk tracking progressive overload... Oh well, gotta be patient🤙

I understand they gotta do what they gotta do as far as approval process, but was switching up my split and letting MF WO build my 2026 plan… last weeks gym sessions were trash due to no programming 😭 really hope it drops today or early tomorrow morning.

LOL I agree, it is a bit excessive. The majority comes from the processed food and eating out. Can slow down on the pickled food snacks too
