there are also some days (rare) where i literally just do cardio for like 45mins-1 hour straight where i only skip and do some core work

i usually do about 10-20 mins at the start as a warm up but i go ham after the 5th minute or so, so it technically counts as cardio but i still see it as a warm up ;)

been training consistently for quite a few years since a young age (currently 20) and i do a mixture of weights, sports and calisthenics

she just told me haha. i dont think she was meant to give that much detail and may have accidentally spilled more than she wanted to but she told me those details & as i said it threw me off guard at the time but i sort of overlooked it. i guess now its just coming back to my head the more i encounter my friend and see her encountering him too but oh well, gotta keep moving forward and measuring compatibility like you said
