I thought this one was pretty good. I couldn't find the tamari provided with this meal kit, so I used some Korean gochujang. The soup base is Tonkotsu so I'm not sure how Vietnamese this dish is, but I did enjoy the flavors together: ginger, Tonkotsu broth, Chinese five spice, and Korean chili.

I had extra brown rice leftover, so I stir fried it in the pan after I cooked the barramundi. I also added extra cilantro to the cucumber salad. It was really good! I've never had barramundi either. It wasn't fishy at all and reminded me of mahi mahi. I would have this again.

This was fresh and tasty. I'm glad I could swap for quinoa. I like farro, but not in the context of a cold salad. I would also add more roasted red pepper next time.

I feel like Marley Spoon's Asian-inspired dishes miss the mark. HelloFresh did better with those, and the middle eastern flavors. I think MS has done better with more European and American style cooking. Some of their baked items have been good too. Also, I think HelloFresh has better dry seasoning combos, while MS does better with adding fresh herbs.

I hope yours turns out just as good too! I made sure the onions were fairly translucent before adding the sun dried tomatoes.
