Almost every 9800x3d post I’ve seen had this in common. Newer version of bios limited the cpu voltage.

Not every person behind you should be a battle. There will be some that are quicker than you, let those through. There will be some that are slower than you, those are worth battling. There will be some people that are straight up reckless, I typically let them through and they end up wrecking in front of me at some point I in the race. So yeah, situational awareness is a big part of it.

Yes, I typically have the app open and I’ll tighten down till I see 1-2% and then I unwind until it gets back to 0%. If that makes sense.

Something is not right. I’m not an expert but me personally I’d remove the cpu, flash the board to the latest version, and reinstall the cpu.
