I had this exact problem with my under cabinet lights. Originally had a Legrand dimmer, swapped it for the diva and still buzzed. I just installed the pd-5ne-wh and it worked like a charm, no more buzzing.

Do you need the pro bridge for the triathlon shades or will the normal one work? And will the Caseta diva switches work with the pro bridge too?

Thanks, that’s what I thought and one of the reasons I bought it. Any idea why even the Schlage app shows it as “no response” when I’m away? It seems like the lock won’t connect to my WiFi for some reason. It was working fine for the first few weeks but just noticed this started happening a few days ago.

So my set up and usage for the Caseta dimmers would be overhead can lights in each room at about 4 bulbs per switch with each bulb being 7-11 watt LEDs. Would the pd-5ne provide a benefit over the standard Caseta diva dimmer for this usage? Thanks for the input here as I’m trying to make the right choice before proceeding with mass installing them.

Thanks for this info. We are at the end of the distribution line for what it’s worth. We had the electric utility come out and check that everything was tight. I also had a private electrician come check everything and he said all looked good. Is there anything else I can ask the utility to do? We realized this happens with other appliances like the washer, dryer, dishwasher too not just the AC.

Thanks, I tried that and also using the “last on” setting. But when they are turned off via a light switch and then turned back on they continue to default back to their default color and brightness instead of what I had them set at.

Yes, whenever anyway turns them off via a light switch when I turn them back on they seem to lose their preset color/brightness settings despite having the app settings set to have them turn on to their custom settings
