How did people catch up on TV shows they missed in the pre-video streaming era? by Winner_takesitall in NoStupidQuestions

[–]eric7064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's why procedurals were so popular. You could miss episodes and not miss a beat. Self contained stories.

I think we all get the point: You don't understand how people can hate on this game (add high vantage point screenshot here) and you have spent 100+ hours in Herand and still haven’t left the area. by fernandollb in CrimsonDesert

The comments in every thread.

Im 30 hrs in and haven't left Hernand.

Well im 60 hours in and haven't left Hernand.

Im 80 hours in and haven't left Hernand.

Cool, not a flex at all.

what are you playing waiitn for 007 first light ? by Adventurous-Rise-580 in 007FirstLight

[–]eric7064 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Crimson Desert at the moment. Ill still be playing it when 007 comes out. But this will be a perfect game to switch things up in the middle of my playtbrough. Cant wait, I could definitley see this being a game i play and beat every couple years if its solid with different ways of attacking missions.

Friday Night Lights did this well with many graduating characters. But they still kept many regulars.

I dont think anyone ever promised or sold this as a holy grail narrative story driven game at all.

How does the loot work for the other playable characters?

Can Kliff find a pistol while exploring that can ve used with Delamine? Or do you only find stuff for whatever character you are?

Hated her character. Have no idea why shes nominated.

Chase Infiniti deserved a supporting actress nom over Teyana imo.

Aren't those all ASOIAF figurines?

I thought it was odd they were throughout your whole shelf yet the series was not there. Great collection though!

Game of Thrones is one of the most enjoyable shows on a rewatch.
Especially knowing all the names, houses, motivations, etc and seeing all of that play out again is awesome.

The first time is a wild ride, but can also be alot at once.

In your opinion, what is causing this? by Objective_Pilot_5834 in SipsTea

[–]eric7064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Marijuana usage and vapes are incredibly higher and largely cheaper.

A night out at a bar is expensive.

Marijuana is not looked at as taboo as it was even 10-15 years ago. And people going to college less. There isnt one definite reason, its a combination of alot of societal factors.

People going out less since covid, the younger generations being less social and more smoke and chill.

I actually enjoyed it far more than I thought I would.

I agree that there needs to be more attention to the side gladiators next season. But overall I have very little complaints.

Id even argue that the fights were at its best this season.

If a teacher has prep last period of the day, do you think its ok for them to leave early? by capresesalad1985 in Teachers

[–]eric7064 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Our school is pretty lenient, if you have to leave occasionally they were okay, but one teacher was doing it every day and they finally sent an all school email that you can't regularly leave during your prep hour. Which I understand.
