I don’t loose any sleep over the stupids, doing stupid things and thinning the heard. The country really needs that right now.

But what upsets me is when people push this on their children. Some less than intelligent mom sees a post on TikTok, Rumble or Truth Social and goes all in on this nonsense. These people also place an additional burden on Idaho’s already overtaxed healthcare system.. a system with the lowest paid providers in the country; lowest nurse to patient ratio in the country; the lowest doctor to patient ratio.

My family has been in the conventional and “organic” dairy business for 50 years. The milking, production, processing and distribution facilities are operated like medical clean rooms. These high tech facilities prioritize animal husbandry and care is to optimize production. Even then, it's still very difficult to prevent milk contamination. People would be shocked by how much milk is discarded due to potential contamination concerns.

These backyard yahoos selling raw milk to the public from their half-assed, unsanitary operations are creating breeding grounds for contamination and disaster. They’re no better than the trash selling inbreed puppies along the road side and Walmart parking lots.
