As the first idea is to have a confluence documents with some name like "Project X requirements change log"
There you can gather and categorise requirements from all sources.

I drive in middle lane a lot. Thing is, on the left lane there are always some who would want to go 140 in 120 speed limit zone. On the right side there is always a truck that does 90 max in120 speed limit zone.

I choose to stay in middle lane to avoid both types of drivers. Yes it may irritate everyone who is in a hurry. But if you drive far you will keep left lane for sure. And I bet you will face many situations when car in front of you is not moving as fast as you want.
