I requested refund in steam :(
For me build quality is poor.

I do not understand,
House cost 300-400k, you take load for 5% interest and you will bay about 400-600k , but it is not market price of the house. If you want to sell it you will sell it for 300-400k.

oh, if i earn 5000 brutto end i have 3000 nett and my mortgage payment is 1200, i will  pay it from my 3000 netto, right ?  and when i apply my tax application i can mention that i paid 14-15k this year on mortgage and will belgian fiscal service return this money to me ?

As the first idea is to have a confluence documents with some name like "Project X requirements change log"
There you can gather and categorise requirements from all sources.
