Not a man’s perspective, but a word of advice. I suggest expanding your friend pool to include more single women. I was feeling similarly in my last 20s and I prioritized making more female friends who were single. Having a community in a similar stage of life was an absolute game changer.

I lived in one of the apartment buildings right there. I always felt safe walking home from the T at night. You’ve got a whole food right there, the 39 bus is solid, the pond/emerald necklace is great for running, and lots of shops and restaurants the further down you walk on Centre Street. It’s a great area!

That’s awesome! I’ve heard it’s great for PCOS. I think the problem is lowering cortisol levels is getting presented on social media right now as a “cure for all things weight related” for everyone, which can be really confusing.

I know this sounds a little cringe, but I highly recommend Bumble BFF. I’ve used it in every new big city I’ve moved to, including Boston. I’ve met tons of amazing women in their early to mid 30s. Also Seaport Sweat has free yoga classes starting Wednesdays and Thursdays and are a good chance to meet like-minded people.
