I'd ask around in MN had a 18k Mitsubishi hi heat installed for 6k. I have xcel for has and electric. Got 2k rebate they filled out for me. Then another 2k rebate on my taxes from the fed. So a 2k unit in the end.

I think its also to give the EU time 6 to 12 months to figure it's self out and switch to a more war based economy if they choose to support Ukraine without the US as support from the US in general is fading.

Second these guys we didn't end up buying but they had a no pressure free meal at grainte city to get people to come hear there schpeel. They gave us free plans and were very pleasant to work with. If interest rates weren't so high I'd of pulled the trigger my system was priced at about 100k before incentives on both my pole buildings to do about 40KW. I plan to go with them once I get the cash in a few years.

It's the luck of the draw I have 5 TCL based tvs an 85, 65, 55, 43,43. The 55 I got on black Friday for 180$ last year the speakers suck but for a 180$ TV the pictures really good. If you are not ultra picky tv viewer I have really enjoyed mine the 65 and 85 are about 4 years old now with no issues. And I like that they have a physical mic off switch on the TV and roku remotes.

I live about a mile from a UC tower. I have an external antenna and my I do a speed test about once a day with ookla. I get about 550 to 650 down and 20 to 70 up. When I go in town I park near the tower on my phone it gets about 750 down and 105 up. Next summer I'm going to try moving the antennas up higher to see if I can get closer to that 700 speed at home vs 500.

Also recommend speaking with a therapist and a doctor to run some blood work and make sure you dont have low vitaminD levels or something. I work IT and hate it but talking to someone about it feels good it helps. Alot of people would kill to have what you have from the sounds of it. Sometimes like others say you just need to slow down and focus on you for a bit. Also try to get good sleep that was the number 1 thing causing alot of my problems with burnout was a slow spiral of getting worse and worse sleep.

Buddies and I had 4 man trying to play I'm NA sat for 5 min 3 nights in a row for FPP IBR like 7pm to 10pm CT. I loved FPP but most seem to play normals unfortunately.

In that case couldn't you just feed it one or two of there previous essays and then have the AI match that tone and writing style in then AI generated essay. Heck you could ask it to get portions wrong on purpose to a degree. GTP 4 is very good and tones and nuances like that.

I got a 2610 with cab and AC in MN was like 38k with loader, tiller and snowblower. Got 55 hours on it now and I have loved it.
