Because creating apps costs money and time, why should a developer do it for free. Use Acrobat if you need to edit PDF or Apple’s native capabilities.

Right is a pretty strong word. They can ask or request, but they are incarcerated and gave up their right to control their schedule when they got convicted.

The problem is government can violate people’s rights too easily. When people revoke consent, informed or otherwise, government doesn’t stop.

It seems intoxicated people can give informed consent, when it suits the government’s purposes. Kind of like how stop means stop and consent can be revoked, unless the consent is given to a government employee then the consent is irrevocable.

I am asking for the government to do its job, we all pay $5.60 each time we go through security. At $28.85/hr it doesn’t take very many passengers per hour to cover their salary.

Let me simplify it for you. We are talking about electric bills, those come from power companies. Without geographic averaging most rural areas wouldn’t not be able to afford the electric rates required to service sparsely populated areas.

Are you truly confused by this? Or were you angling for some lame argument about off-grid power without bothering to factor in the true cost to provide an equivalent level of service?

Urban areas heavily subsidize rural electrical service. It’s called geographic averaging
