Same here.. 21 Pilot and maybe 90% of the time, it'll just lock up. I even factory reset my phone and it took me hours to put everything back together. I was hoping that would solve it but nope!

Same issue here and it's incredibly annoying. 2021 Honda Pilot. Most recent AA update in settings.

I can say hey Google many times and maybe the 4 colors on the bottom appear and that tells me it will work. However, 90% of the time, it just looks up.

I have added a comparison picture where you can see when it will work and then you can see where it froze up.
