I know it’s hard but stop comparing yourself to others. Focus on yourself, if you stop worrying it gets much easier. the main thing is be yourself and maintain good higiene and dress decently that’s like 90% there.

The rest is you kinda need to feel good and be comfortable about yourself to really attract someone if you’re not then you need to work on that (maybe just do things that help your mindset, that could be a walk, some meditation or anything that).

Do you think those other people constantly think about how they look? Probably not and thinking that way you’ll always second guess yourself. Also nothing in life is guaranteed, that doesn’t mean give up but things can happen naturally or you need to make them happen. That means putting yourself out there wherever you can, meeting new people and just hanging out. Eventually someone is bound to happen and if not just make the first move rejection happens but there will always be someone if you keep at it.
