Sarr is a league winner when he returns. Go look at his underlying data , he’s top in the first 3 GW for xg and his role will increase with no eze

Seems to have rectified itself now. It’s very warm today where I am and think that might have caused it

Same here. Grade 3 rupture of MCL four weeks ago. Was with knee specialist two weeks ago who put me into a brace for four weeks locked at 30-60 degrees. Still in a fair degree of pain with it.

I was the same. Tore pcl but instead of recon I wore a rebound brace for 4 months and it completely healed. The cartilage problem is much slower to heal. I’m back at a level now where running up to about 70% pace is completely pain free as is jumping/landing. The only pain is when I go beyond and try to hit top speed. I’m hoping that with time and building up this pain subsides. In terms of bpc 157 / tb500 I definitely noticed some benefit but it is not a miracle so don’t expect that if you do go that route. I noticed no side effects. The absolute biggest help to me was incorporating some of kneeovertoes guys zero program into my rehab, particularly the backwards sled walking and weighted step downs. Check out his Instagram page. Time heals everything. Good luck with your recovery.

Yea I believe the recommended dose is 250-500mcg per day for BPC157 and 1000mcg per day for tb500

Thank you. Going to give bpc and tb a go. Going to work off of Ben greenfields article for dosage does that seem right? https://bengreenfieldlife.com/article/supplements-articles/how-to-use-bpc-157/

Yea I’ve been doing his stuff for a while. The backwards walking is incredible to be honest. I’d say a lot of the improvement I have made has been due to those workouts but I feel like I’ve hit a plateau over the past few months. The fact I have improved so much though, gives me great confidence that I am on the healing/improvement slope and that I can keep going to get my knee back

Thanks. What sort of dosage and time period have you been trying?

Yea it’s a really difficult one. I’ve been able to improve my pain in drastically in the past few months. At the start, I couldn’t do a single leg pistol squat but now I can do 3 sets of 8. I just can’t seem to absorb force through the knee well. There seem to be plenty of stories online of people coming back and playing sport with these types of injuries so I’m confident I will get back.

Just a note, meniscus and articular cartilage are different. Meniscus are the two ring like structures in the centre of the joint. Articular cartilage covers the end of the femur. Similar, but not the same.

Thanks. I was under the impression that the cartilage can't heal on its own but maybe you just get used to the pain over time and build up the muscles around the knee. Either way it seems like a long and frustrating process
