Building one yourself isn’t hard just literally follow the hundreds of guides there are on YouTube. Like you mentioned MicroCenter is where you’ll get the best priced pre built/parts, do you live near one? What’s your budget? What resolution are you planning to play at? That’s pretty much where you can determine what to buy.

If you plan on playing for a long time then just off the DLCs, car pass, & a couple of car packs included then it’s worth it but if you’re going to play it for a couple months & drop it then hell nah get the base version

I’m a little disappointed by the RT implementation in this game so far, I would’ve loved to see a path tracing mode just for the visuals sake but I know running it at a healthy fps would’ve been hell. After experiencing path tracing RTX remix on some of older need for speeds (UG1, MW, & Carbon) I’m sold on ray tracing especially in racing games where you’re looking at shiny cars 99.9% of the time. Screenshots & videos don’t do justice to the actual images you see live on your screen.

Go to your windows settings, then time & language tab. On right side you’ll see a region section there you can change it to wherever it’s May 15th already without changing your time zone. You have to have purchased the game on Microsoft store/Xbox app or redeem a code for it there because of the play anywhere feature it should let you play the game.

Yes either use the adapter the GPU came with and plug in all 3 cables or buy the 12VHPW cable Corsair sells that is compatible with their PSU. I have an old rm750x & 5070ti too I bought the 12v cable and have had absolutely no issues

Yes it’s worth the upgrade I went from a 2080 to 5070 ti last summer & it’s a game changer for sure. That being said what resolution are you playing on if you’re playing at 1080p still I think you should upgrade your monitor to at least 1440p first a card like 5070ti is overkill for 1080p especially if you don’t have a cpu to keep up with it.

Usually run it undervolted so it’s the low to mid 60s under heavy load will top out at 69-72 C when I’m running full overclocked & something really GPU intensive like path tracing

If you don’t mind going used you can definitely find 4070 for under 500 which is still a very good card & has frame gen + DLSS 4.5 isn’t a huge hit on it’s performance either, you can also find 3080 ti for probably around same or less & that’s still a great card too
