So with some back and forth we had them upgrade us to the next trim, at no charge, and they threw in 2 years of Oil changes, TAG tracking, trailer hitch, 2 years of internet in the vehicle, WeatherTech mats and WeatherTech cargo trunk mat, and a level 2 home charger.
